2003-103 – Job Batch – Employee Times

Overview
A batch entry is used when clock records need to be manually entered into OPTO. This could be due to Off-site work, Annual/Personal leave, Training or an employee has forgotten to clock on for the day. This function records Work and/or jobs times for a single employee on a single day only.

Note: There are two options for entering times and they required different windows –

Option1. Job Batch Minutes – Start and finish times for each job are entered and the system will calculate the job time and assign it as Normal, time and a half, or double time.

Option 2. Job Batch HRS – The actual job hours are entered directly as time for classification – Normal, time and a half, or double time.

Option 1 – Job Batch Time Entry
Open the RESOURCES tab on the OPTO ribbon, click on the ‘Job Batch’ icon to open the window. Enter the required employee number in the “Emp No” field or press <F2> and select employee from the popup list and then click on OK.
