Installing Microsoft WebView2

Microsoft WEBVIEW2 is required for connecting your OPTO system to XERO and MYOB. Please follow the following steps.

Server Instructions (The server where ITMS/OPTO is installed). Note if other users of your system are already connecting to XERO/MYOB, please move to Client Instructions.

  1. On the server navigate to C:/Revsoft. If this folder doesn’t exist, please create
  2. Download, extract and copy SRPWebView.ocx and WebView2Loader.DLL from this Link into this folder
  3. Run Command Prompt as Admin
  4. Run Commands
    1. Cd C:/Revsoft
    2. Regsvr32 SRPWebView.ocx
  5. Download and install the WebView runtime (or it can be found here: WebView). Note: This may already be installed.

Client Instructions (If Users do not access the server directly)

  1. On EVERY Workstation that accesses MYOB or Xero, navigate to C:/Revsoft. If this folder doesn’t exist, please create.
  2. Download, extract and copy SRPWebView.ocx and WebView2Loader.DLL from this Link into this folder
  3. Run Command Prompt as Admin
  4. Run Commands
    1. Cd C:/Revsoft
    2. Regsvr32 SRPWebView.ocx
  5. Download and install the WebView  runtime (or it can be found here: WebView). Note: This may already be installed.
